We would love for you to come and join us for a blissful afternoon of Cacao, meditation and sound. Enter our healing sanctuary, away from the noise and stress of everyday life and find the space to reconnect to YOU. This afternoon will start by connecting to our hearts and intuition with a heart connection cacao ceremony, guided journaling and oracle cards before we float off into a magical yoga nidra and be cocooned with relaxing sound vibrations before grounding and re-centring with steaming hot tea and a treat.
