I arrive to my session and felt very welcomed. Jess and i chatted about the process of reiki and if I'd had any previous experiences. Jess told me there were different types of energy/healing she could use, and asked me what I would like to get from the sessions. Jess had a couch which was very comfortable and I laid down under a blanket and felt very safe. Jess began the treatment and I felt very relaxed and open. During the treatment I was calm relaxed and warm. The treatment ended with a Gong from Jess's sound bowl which was a very nice way to come round. Afterwards we gently talked about how the treatment went and how we felt. I felt Jess was very knowledgeable and we went over the aftercare whilst I had a glass of water. During the treatment I felt looked after safe and in competent hands. I slept very well that night and felt excited for the next session!

I have booked three Reiki sessions with Jess and had my first treatment last week. It was an amazing experience and I am still reaping the rewards from it. Before the session started, Jess explained what Reiki was and how the treatment would progress. She made sure that I was comfortable before she started. After the treatment had finished I felt as if all my chakras had been re-aligned and energy was moving freely throughout my body. I felt positive and slept very well during the next few nights. Jess is a very warm and open individual. She is friendly and full of energy and light and has a connection with spirit. I really felt as if I could open up to her and trust her to give me the best Reiki treatment possible. I would totally recommend her to anyone who is looking to activate their natural healing processes and restore their physical and emotional well-being. I can't wait for my next treatment session!

Jessica was very professional and explained the process fully. The treatment space was calm and tranquil and my needs were assessed and discussed before the treatment. The treatment itself was very relaxing and what I felt and saw were discussed afterwards. After the treatment I felt calm and relaxed and more centred. I would definitely pursue further treatments with Jess.

Having had such wonderful results with the in-person reiki. I decided to book a distance session as work was quite stressful. Jess talked me through the entire process and, despite being sceptical, I felt infinitely better after the session. It was calming, relaxing and left me feeling rejuvenated.
