Yoga Nidra is known as Yogic Sleep; Nidra meaning sleep, and this technique takes us to a deep relaxed state, the state of mind between wakefulness and dreaming. The state of mind where our subconscious takes over, where our body is so deeply relaxed we have the space to heal and process.
