Sound therapy initiates a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience

The goal of sound therapy is ultimately balance, peace of mind and restoration.

Sound vibrations work by 'massaging' every cell in your body; it is more than just the meditative, relaxing effects of sound.

Sound therapy works all the way through your skin, muscle, tissue, and organs into to chakras, or energy centres of the body.

Sound therapy is a personal journey; much of the healing you experience is of your own making, you are the catalyst for your own change, and it’s you who creates the magic of the experience.

During a Sound bath, or a Gong bath, the the therapist uses different sound instruments to induce a deep relaxation. Some people enjoy a massage where Tibetan singing bowls are placed onto the body but each treatment is client specific. Group Sound baths are more generalised using a range of tools such as Gongs, Singing bowls and gentle percussion.
